I didn't want to lose the hard drive, and I didn't think they would look kindly on the missing security sticker. In the past, I'd always been able to keep the hard drive. This time, they wanted it back. They said that they needed to ship a 20 GB hard drive back with the console, because that's what came with it, and none of the new consoles come with 20 GB anymore.
